Description:	one level comfortable townhome. New kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms,neighborhood swimming pool, golf course. Located in Charbonneau village south of Portland Oregon. 1.5 hours from the beach, 1 hour to Mount Hood for skiing.
Would Suit:	2 adults two children
Extras:	may have a jeep grand cherokee to use under the proper circumstances
Places to See:	Oregon beaches 1.5 hours west, Mount Hood 1 hour east for skiing, Columbia Gorge for wind surfing 1 hour away
Activities:	golfing just out the front door, 1 hour to the mountain, 1.5 hour to beach
Special Requests:	no smoking, no loud parties, no pets
