Our Home: 7-room end of terrace in North London ( England) village of Crouch End
Where: quiet tree-lined street near parks, woods, shops, pubs, restaurants just 3/4 hr from the West End of London
When: the 2 months of Dec 01 and Jan 02
Bedrooms: 3 - 4
Description: Characterful, comfortable Edwardian house with orginal features, fireplaces, lots of light and books. The sort you'd expect a writer/psychotherapist and teacher couple in their 50's/60's to live in! Suit professional, arts & media or semi-retired visitor(s).
Would Suit: Preferably 2 adults only, but 2 further adults or children, would be ok.
Extras: usual domestic applicances, computer etc
Places to See: Hampstead Heath, Kenwood House, Highgate village. West End of London.
Activities: All things metropolitan. Plus local walks in woods and Hampstead Heath. And Crouch End village is famous for its selection of pubs, bars, restaurants.
Special Requests: No smoking, no pets.
Animals: No, but indoor plants will need weekly watering.
Transport: Shuttle bus at end of road takes you (10 mins) to Finsbury Park tube, then anywhere in London.

What Date: 28 December 01 to 20 January 02 (we'll be in Melbourne 2 - 28 Dec and 20 - 30 Jan and our house in London will also be available at this time)
Destination: Hobart, Tasmania
Bedrooms Required: 2
Would like Home: Comfortable, light, characterful, quiet.
Our Group: 3 adults for the first week, 2 adults the rest of the time.
Special Request: Computer printer might be useful (I'm taking my portable pc) but not essential.
Places for us to Visit: We know Tasmania already (and love it).
Activities & Interests: Local shopping, cinema, walks, restaurants, real estate research etc.
Any Animals:Don't mind.
Transportation: Preferable but not essential, will probably hire a car.
