Our Home:	2 bed,2 bath townhouse,very comfortable close to all amenities near Swan River
Where:	7 kms from CBD,close to Kings Park ,cycle tracks shopping and UWA
When:	If northern hemishpere, prefer late spring/summer but somewhat flexible, two/three months

Description:	Two bedroom, two bathroom, one extra loo downstairs. Light, bright and comfortable. Glass conservatory. Small north facing courtyard with reticulated gardens. Small group of 5 with security gate. Good neighbours. Possible car exchange. Quiet leafy area.
Would Suit:	two adults
Extras:	car, possible holiday home if vacant in wine growing region.
Places to See:	20 minutes from Fremantle, One hour to Mandurah, 25 minutes to Sorrento Marina, 5mins Kings Park
Activities:	Golf courses close by. Sailing clubs two minutes walk cycle track around River and City.
Special Requests:	No animals, no children , no smoking (sorry)

Transport:	bus stop two minutes walk. Taxi readilyavailable
