Description:	My wife and I live by the Harbor in Sydney, Australia in a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom house. We are 100 yards from the beach at Balmoral, (voted as one of the 5 most beautiful spots in the world) , 15 minutes to the Opera House, Harbor Bridge and the center of Sydney city. Our home contains every consumer device for comfort, entertainment and cooking. A full remote state-of-the-art security system is installed

Places to See:	We are close to supermarkets, 24 hour shopping, movie theatres, gym. Great eating places just 500 yards from the house include Indian, Italian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, Algerian and Japanese noodle. If you don't care to drive, catch a bus at the top of the street - they depart for the city every 15 minutes.
Activities:	In a 2 minute walk from the front door there are seaside restaurants, a protected beach in which to swim and white sand to walk or relax on.
