Our Home: Stylish and spacious 2 bedroom duplex situated above picturesque harbour bay

Where: 3 minute walk to Mosman Bay ferry which is a scenic 20 mins boat ride into Sydney city, the Opera house and the Rocks. 5 minute drive to Taronga Zoo, Balmoral beach and Sydney National Park. Easy acess to Sydney centre via the Harbour Bridge (10 min drive) and within easy acess to public transport including the ferry. Mosman Junction shopping close by.

Description: Tastefully renovated 1930's lower ground duplex with rear courtyard and federation style veranda with district views over North Sydney. Large lounge with adjoining sunroom/study and a gourmet kitchen and internal laundry. Master bedroom is very spacious and second bedroom is a good size. The suburb is very quiet and safe. The home is child safe and has excellent security. In house amenities include microwave, washer/dryer, stereo,TV, video, portable air conditioner and computer.

Would Suit: 2-3 adults or 2 adults & 1-2 children sharing 2nd bedroom

Extras: Current model station wagon car, baby facilities if required (cot, high chair etc)

Places to See: Excellent location close to city sights (Opera House, The Rocks, Darling Harbour etc), short drive to Balmoral beach and northern beaches (Manly), very close to Taronga Zoo, National parks and beautiful harbour walks (Cremorne point walk).

Activities: Swimming, fishing, hiring surf cats at Balomoral beach, harbour walks, dining out at excellent resturants and cafes in Mosman and Balmoral, Sydney Harbour Brige climb to name a few.
