Our Home: One Bedroom (91sm) unit overlooking the Gold Coast beaches.

Where: 15 min walk to heart of Surfers Paradise

When: Late June for 3 months

Bedrooms: One

Description: My one bedroom large unit is situated on the 19th floor of a high rise apartment building with ocean views and 50 meters to the patrolled beach. There is a seperate kitchen, bathroom and laundry and a large living room. there is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a spare double bed mattress that easily fits on the floor in the lounge room without disturbing the lounge area. The Gold Coast is a popular beach holiday destination with several world renown theme parks. It is only an hour from Brisbane, the capital of Queensland. The hinterland is beautiful rainforest country with lots of bushwalks. Air, rail and car transport is available to the rest of Australia. The complex has a pool and half tennis courts as well as a spacious garden.

Extras: Pool and half tennis courts. Unsure about car at this stage.

Places to See: Numerous, suggest looking at web for more information.

Activities: Unlimited

Special Requests: No smoking or animals. I love animals but the building dosen't allow them.
