| Description: | Quiet family oriented street. 5 minutes walk from city centre and numerous parks and sporting facilities. Pool and low maintenance garden with fully computerized watering system. Ducted heated and cooling. Lovely Federation home with great kitchen /entertaining area with 2 formal and 2 informal living areas. Main bedroom has ensuite and sitting room. 2 bedrooms have a separate tv/computer area or this can be used as another bedroom |
| Would Suit: | Depends: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, double bunk, 2 very comfortable double sofa beds |
| Extras: | car, pool, bikes and scooters, computer and internet facilities, BBQ |
| Places to See: | Junction of Murray and Darling Rivers, Mungo National Park, aboriginal and ecotourism drives/tours |
| Activities: | bike rides ,triathalons, wine and jazz festival(Nov)Country Music Festival (Oct) Numerous sporting Clubs, balloon flights, great restaurants. Sunraysia is the food bowl of the Nation. |

| Transport: | Taxi's readily available. buses 5 minute walk. Train to Melbourne but not necessary for local transport |
